Father's Day

Today, Michelle treated us to a Father's Day brunch and me to a massage at the Ritz in San Francisco.

The brunch was good but we still like the brunch at Navio (Half Moon Bay Ritz) the best.

Dani made friends with an eighteen month toddler who's name is also Danielle.

Nika's Birthday Party

On Saturday, our neighbors Feri and Frank's daughter Nika celebrated her third birthday.

Thomas' 40th Birthday Party

We celebrated Thomas' 40th birthday at Il Fornaio in Palo Alto tonight. As you can see, Paris Hilton made it out of jail but her deal with the judge was she would have to spend a night with Thomas. Personally, I would have just taken the 45 days in jail! :-) Click here for more photos.

Welcome Party for the Balachs

Hayssam, Betta, and Nabil Balach are back in the Bay Area after a year long stint in Japan. Sadly for us, they are about to leave for the South of France for another international assignment. Yes, we're all jealous! Amer held a dinner party on Friday and he prepared a magnificent feast for us - he's simply amazing! Here's a photo of Nabil and Dani getting acquainted. Big Head!

Dani just had her first year appointment with the pediatrician. When the doctor walked in, the first thing she said is “I think my assistant made a mistake, she measured her head way too big!” Michelle said, “No, it runs in my family.” The doctor insisted on checking anyway. Turns out the assistant measured correctly – Dani’s head size is 18 ½ inches (85-90 percentile!). I hope this means she’ll at least be smart.

Hannah's Baptism

Dani's cousin Hannah Domingo was baptized this afternoon at the Most Holy Rosary Church in Antioch followed by a reception at the Vitug residence. Click here for more photos.
