Visiting Karen and Dane

On the way back from Lake Tahoe, we stopped by Sacramento to visit Karen and Dane. They treated us to delicious bbq chicken and even put up with the girls (Dineo got a little fussy). It was a nice stopover from the long drive home.

Julie and Mike's Wedding

We celebrated the wedding of Julie Benitez and Michael Head in South Lake Tahoe this weekend. It was a wonderful ceremony in a beautiful setting. Here are more photos from the wedding and rehearsal dinner.

Overfields Visit

David and Amber paid us a visit tonight. They are spending time on the West Coast pending their move from Texas to Arizona. Here are photos from their last visit in February.

Horses!

 

 

There's a horse stable near us so it's not unusual to see horses in our neighborhood. We walked out at the perfect time! The girls were able to pet and take pictures with the three horses.

Dineo, Jeremy & Matthew's Birthday Party

We celebrated Dineo's 2nd birthday with a joint birthday party with Dani's classmates Jeremy and Matthew who were both turning 3. The party was a pool-and-picnic event at the newly re-opened Blackberry farm in Cupertino. Click here for more photos and video.

We went up to the city tonight to watch the fireworks from Philippe and Freya's balcony which gave us a great view of the action. It was Dani and Dineo's first fireworks show which made it even more fun (watch their excitement). Click here for more photos.
